Wow, that's a really cool example of how they attach to the trees in nature sprouting from spores, versus a hanging pot. This one appears to be an elkhorn fern versus a staghorn fern. The difference is in the frond structure. Staghorns usually have multiple long slender stalks coming out the base, then fronds spread out at the end. The elkhorn frond tends to split earlier, a wider frond base, fewer fronds and have multiple "leaves" on the frond.
