Definitely a Fiddle-leafed Fig. The primary problem is that it is not getting enough light. It really needs to be close to and right in front of an uncovered sunny window. This plant is often sold as not wanting any direct sun and that causes folks to put it in light that is way too low.
It is also likely that you are keeping the soil too moist because it is now in a pot that is too large and filled with dense soil that takes too long to dry out and deprives the roots of essential oxygen.
If you left the original rootball intact when you repotted, then consider un-doing the repotting you did and moving it back into its original pot, which was the right size for it.
Otherwise, remove all of the soil you added to the top of the original rootball. Then allow the top inch of remaining soil to dry before adding just enough water so that it reaches that level of dryness again in about a week.
