Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Cleo')

Cleo puts on a great show every year. Another of my all time favorites. It gets to be at least the registered height of 42". I do have to put a support around the outer edge as you can see if you look real close in the picture.

Here is a picture from last year. It shows the branching and buds fairly well.

Cleo is very pretty in the garden and always gets comments from visitors.

I like Cleo depending on shade or sun the color is different (more muted in the sun). I like the height but the scapes are not very strong and they will fall if it is windy or too many buds are on the scape so it needs to be held up somehow. Sun first shade last
