Could someone please help me ID this guy?

He's not doing too well, hoping a google search will yield the secrets to his revival.

Your plant appears to be Schefflera; either Umbrella Tree (Heptapleurum actinophyllum) or Dwarf Umbrella Tree (Heptapleurum arboricola)

Your tree may be unhappy due to low light. Hopefully others who grow Schefflera as an indoor houseplant will be along with some suggestions.

Agree with S. actinophylla. Needs as much direct sun as possible to stay healthy.

I've had him for almost half a year and everything was fine until this month. Must have been a change in the sunlight with the change of seasons.

I going to put him outside to soak up some rays today and then move him to a sunnier indoor local. Wish me luck!

Do not put your plant in direct sun outdoors! That is a cetain death sentence for an already stressed plant which has been indoors. It looks very leggy. I'd cut all the stems right back to a node.

Agree that direct sun outside can very quickly burn a plant that has been inside. Also agree that eventually, some pruning would probably improve the aesthetic. But a stressed plant that has so few leaves can't afford to lose any. Once it has regained some vigor and is actively growing, then it could much more easily recover from some loss of foliage.
