Thread OP
Anderson, Indiana
My fall planted garlic is now up and has multiple shoots coming up? Is this a result of a bulb underground growing more than 1 bulb? Do I harvest now and then replant parts come Oct.

My understanding is they're harvested when the leaves start to turn yellow and fall over. Someone else with more knowledge should be along soon.

When planted, did you break the bulb apart into individual cloves and plant separately?
Plant it and they will come.
