I was watering my spider plants and found a mushroom of some kind growing at the base of one. I repotted all of them a couple of months ago so I think this thing stowed away then. I'm not entirely sure what to do about it so any advice would be awesome.

It's not a problem. Fungi spores often come in potting soil. They won't hurt your plant. You can leave it til it dies, if you like it, or just pull it out if it bothers you. I love seeing different types pop up in my plants.
