this is my Tropicana, earlier this spring...

I only had three orange roses Vavoom, Tropicana and a climber I was sure my Vavoom had died off long ago.

Tropicana and the climber are marked so this is ? I only had a couple of unmarked but this don't match any of them, dam it is completely different than any that has bloomed before. I have never seen a bloom like this on any of my rose's WTH?

I only have one bush with a flower like that and its marked its a small puff of a rose and this is a lot bigger and several feet away. I checked and its not on a sucker branch.
we had a heat wave and now lots of wet humid weather coupled with that African dust cloud could one of or all of these effect it?. I do know it was a tea rose but this bloom is throwing me off to which it is.

and a side view...

forgive my camera its a cheap phone but I think you get the idea from the pic.
Should I be concerned?...I have others that are acting odd since the rains, growing faster than normal sprouting new buds and branches before the old withers and shooting way up. This is also their first year in this garden. Are they just happy or do I have a problem? Here are some other pics or some of the others growth....

Is it just happy growth due to humidity and lots of rain or do I have a serious problem developing?

Worried,
Donna

I like the slightly odd bloom. I wonder whether they will continue?

going through my records I found out that the odd shaped rose is on my Cinnamon Spice bush. this is definitely not a typical Cinnamon Spice rose.....

Here is another more normal bloom on this bush blooming currently.....this bloom has a lack of a few petals...think the previous one took them all....lol
