I agree with everyone else that you'll have much better luck moving them when they're dormant in spring. The most important thing for winter survival in cold zones is a good root system to survive the winter, and you'd set them back on that root system if you move them now. Most of the roses you list look pretty good for zone 5 potential for survival - the ones most at risk would be Peace, In the Mood, Tiffany, Sunstruck, and Happy Go Lucky (even though the latter is supposed to be hardy for zone 5 it didn't come back for me). All those roses except for Peace have come back from the winter for me with some protected spots or a wind barrier to create a little more protection where they are. If they don't survive the winter, that solves the moving question for spring and gives you the chance to plant new roses!
I'm glad you have gotten nice growth on the roses, and that's the roses telling you they're happy with your care. Take that and run with it as the best response you can get. You would much rather have root growth and well established canes than any amount of bloom in the first year for cold zone roses.
