Hey Everyone!

This is growing in a slightly wet soil, wooded area in Chicago. Not sure what it is. The height is approximately 2-3 feet. Reminds me of Lobelia

Teucrium canadense?

I think it's either Teucrium canadense or possible Stachys tenuifolia.

Thanks, Islander for your question! Did not notice any aroma to the leaves. If it does have a strong fragrance, were you thinking of something specific?

It's more likely to be the Teucrium because the lower lip is in one piece whereas the Stachys has a three-lobed lower lip. In the Teucrium the stamens poke through a cleft in the upper part of the flower, a diagnostic characteristic that I can't see clearly enough in the picture.
