I think the mild winter, plentiful rains and finally the mature plants are all factors. These two are in pots

See buds on the two Miss Batemans, the Florida sieboldii, the Filigree, and the Silmakivi. Arctic Queen, Nelly and Roguchi are flourishing, but not yet budded out. I just LOVE Texas. LOL

I am very happy with it. This one is on the fence panel to the left. There is a second one on the other fence panel coming around more slowly and I am eager to see how it does.
