I want to save these seeds for next yr. What's best way to do this. Leave flower head on plant to dry or can I dry them from bloomed flowers?

Let the seed heads dry on the plant. They will actually droop down. When dry, snip the seed head off and put in a paper bag. Let them sit in the bag for a couple of weeks. Give the bag a good shake to loosen the seeds. Snip a hole in the bottom corner on the bag and shake the seeds out into a bowl or onto a plate. Store until next year.
