Since I've snapped this photo of a low growing fungus on the stump of an Austrian Pine, the rain has destroyed it. I've also seen it growing in the cavity of a tree, hanging like a mustasche. When touched, or even when you blow at it gently, the spores are released and you can see a "poof" in the air. We are in Milwaukee, Wi. Ideas?
