Brer Rabbit's Baby does very well here in zone 6. This black reddish spider daylily adds gorgeous color in my daylily bed.

This cv has been a bust for me. I was told when I bought it in 2014 that it does not like to be crowded. I planted it with that in mind. For 2 seasons not even one bloom. I moved it to another spot more protected, more space. It bloomed this year but only on less than 24 inch scapes, 9 buds, two way branching and only two scapes. There are now 7 fans on my plant. Although the bloom is appealing, the plant is not so this is the last season it will be here.

I have been looking for this plant for awhile now. I know people that have it, but they are always sold out when I'm looking to purchase. If you're going to get rid of BRB, could you send it to me? I'll pay for postage!

I just got this plant back in April of 2017 as four small fans. It deteriorated and had to be potted to save it. It was very slow getting established, but I did plant it back out in the garden. It's first bloom was not until June 2018, not a lot of blooms either. Maybe next year will be better.
Edited to add:Somehow left off this info.
This plant is now eight fans I took this photo, I found two dead scapes both very tiny.
