Glenn, you got some real beauties there. I have the Samoan Fluff, but for some reason have not had luck with blooms. It has grown so tall am going to have to search a new place for in it the greenhouse before I move it back indoors.

I just really hope you didn't pay a fortune for this one. A seller in Central Florida has taken an existing (and registered) cultivar and renamed it and charges a LOT of money under that name....

@kbuntu - it could well be the same. But I hesitate to put that name on it without seeing it in person. Maybe you can make a note that it MIGHT be Barbados Showgirl.

@Dutchlady1 - It comes from Veracruz, Mexico. I will make a note and perhaps we can compare it in the future.

Just reminiscing over my *Late Plumeria Collection :'( Had some Beauties, but Health issues prevented me from bringing indoors for the Winter. Had no one to help lift the heavy pots.

NOW, I will PAY someone (if necessary) when Winter comes.

You had some beauties there Glenn. You know you can always let it totally dry out, remove them all from the pot and store them bare root. Last winter I cut off some plumerias as cuttings and store them as insurance in case my big one doesn't make it.

Purple serendipity

Purple Serendipity is beautiful! I had Siam Lavender at one time but the frost got it one winter.

I have a huge noid plumie (7 ft tall) that I bare rooted and stuck inside a grow tent with the light turned off. It stayed there all winter. I just took it out, and it was trying to grow in the dark! There was weak looking growth on it. It's now potted up again for the summer, and should leaf out fast and hopefully will bloom before the cycle starts again!
