Please don't worry about posting photos of plants that are already in the database, especially if they are Orchids. You may have a better (or different) angle to an existing photo, or capture the whole plant when the existing photos only show the bloom. You may have taken a photo of a different clone to the one shown in the database, to, so it might have a slightly different colour or pattern (or a drastically different colour if it is an alba form). Note that unnamed clones/seedlings are all placed in the parent grex entry, so you might see different-looking plants with the same name - i.e.
Tracy's Cymbidium (Cymbidium tracyanum) shows an alba tetraploid form of the species, plus a number of different examples with variations to the colour and patterning.
The only time I would discourage the addition of a photo is if it is very similar to an existing one.
