I bought this one in 2016 and enjoyed its first bloom season last summer. This summer was even better. Three scapes, well branched and good flower form and color. Scape height and flower size were on par with the registered stats. I'll check bud count eventually. I love the veining on this one and set a bunch of pods on it this year- harvested one today (10 seeds) and still waiting for most of them to ripen. Also used its polled on a few.
It held its color well this year- unlike last year when it paled out significantly. It was an interesting color- but I was glad to enjoy the blooms' normal colors all day.
One oddity with NTH is the swoopy scapes. I'll get a picture of the scapes (and branching) tomorrow. The branching is kinda odd too. On two of the scapes, there are two separate branches growing from the same spot on the scape.
Really hoping to get NTH's good, wide branching with less curvy scapes, along with longer petal and sepals (in some shade of brown) with deep veining in its kids.
I'll upload pix from the tablet in a bit...
Okay it's been a lilttle bit...
