I'm deciding between getting a Kalanchoe 'Red Lips' and a Gasteria 'Dragon Skin'...Any opinions on which is the most interesting plant or anything I should be aware of in terms of the care for either plants? Thank you!

Considering i own 2 similar plants, id go with the gasteria. Resale value if nothing else.

I'd go with the Gasteria 'Dragon Skin'. I love Kalanchoe but it seems to be more temperamental than Gasteria. I have had a Gasteria marble for about 3 years now and have had no problems. do you plan to keep your plant indoors or outside?

Hi, I'm in soggy Ireland so it'll have to stay indoors! I actually picked up a little Gasteria in Ikea last week...people on here said it was 'Little Warty' but I have a feeling 'Dragon Skin' might be the same thing over this side of the pond. It looks very similar to it anyway. Your Gasteria looks very happy Smiling

'Little Warty' looks similiar, but it has raised... warts on the leaves. *Blush*

D'Oh! I thought the picture above was 'Dragon Skin,' but it's 'Marble.' I'm not sure to be honest! I googled 'Dragon Skin' and it looks like 'Little Warty' to me! So, I'm not sure if they're super close in characteristics or if it's 'Little Warty' being mislabeled. Confused
