I wonder if the Wiki and the database have the name right. I had the iris sent to me from Tom Burseen and it is written by him on my order form and on the iris as "Engaging View" not Views.

The plant is listed in the 2017 R&I as Engaging Views. If that is incorrect, Tom Burseen has a much more serious issue to deal with, but he would have to take it up with registrar for AIS (John Jones I believe). For what it's worth, it's not uncommon for growers to misspell the names of irises on their websites, catalogs, and/or plant tags, even their own creations. I saw Tall Bearded Iris (Iris 'Eleganza') , for example, spelled at least three different ways the year it was introduced. It's one of the reasons I'm reluctant to add irises to the database prior to the registry being published.

Kent - I notice his catalog has Engaging Views so that must be how it is registered, even if not thought of that way by Tom.
