Got this one from @stilldew last year and saw it bloom this summer. Nice-sized fans, sturdy scapes and good sized flowers. The colors in this bloom are much prettier in person and the pleating is an interesting facet. I wasn't sure I'd really like the sculpting until I saw it- I can say that I do.

I tried to use it both pod and pollen this year and got only one pod. I sent the seeds south and can't recall which way the cross went, but the parents were Lickety Split and Bonnie Holley.

There seems to be a fair amount of color variance in each of the photos, but all are gorgeous! Drooling how well does it resist sun fading?

We had a hot, miserable summer. Everything, included myself, was melted and faded at the end of the day...

Kidding aside, I don't recall the flower losing much color- but, by evening, it had melted in 95+ and high humidity...

Lickety Split is fertile both ways, and a good grower. Not the prettiest flower in the world but beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

@ShakespearesGarden.
The cross was LIckety Split x Bonnie Holley. Here is a photo from today, first seed to sprout so far.

I just received four fans of this plant from Diana in September of this year, so nothing to report except it is living and growing still.

Here is a butterfly on one of the fans for size comparison.
