This is one of the first daylilies I added when I was starting my perennial borders, so it has been in the garden for over 20 years. It has always performed well. I cannot think of a single year that it has not bloomed. It seems to come through whatever our harsh winters and unpredictable springs can throw at it. It is a pretty gold colour, with an overlay of pink. It is a soft colour and seems to blend with most perennials.

This is the second year for Sea Gold in my garden. First year added it was too late to bloom. And I was actually afraid it was a gonner! This year I had numerous blooms and it was a real stand out with lovely pale peachy blooms.

A very pretty peach with a golden tone. I really like the color! Planted in the spring of 2017, it did not bloom the first year and I was a little worried about it this year, as the leaves kept browning. It apparently likes more water than its neighbors, for once I watered it more often, it quit browning and put up scapes. Every time I though it was about done, it would bud build. It looked like I'd see about 7-8 blooms per scape and I ended up with bud counts of 13 and 14 on the two scapes. Hope it'll get a bit taller as the scapes were a bit short for the bloom size this year.

It also set seed this summer- so in a couple of years, I hope I'll be posting its kids on here : )

This is a fairly new plant to me, but it is growing well (midcoast Maine zone 5a) about a fan per year. It should bloom any day now and is a lovely pastel peachy-gold.
