Hey everyone!

Can somebody help me with my madagascar jasmine? Bought it on clearance a month ago, 70% off. But the leaves are turning yellow... The plant gets morning sun for 2-3 hours and then indirect light for the rest of the day. I did not repot the plant but it is in orchid bark with perlite. I only water when the top is dry. My sister bought one as well and hers is doing waaayyyy better.

Thanks in advance!

Your plant is not a true Jasmine. It is a Stephanotis floribunda, but it has equally fragrant flowers. It does best right in an east or west facing window as it needs several hours of direct sun each day and lots of very bright indirect sun the rest of the day. Not sure if the location in the photos is where you keep it, but it is not sunny enough there.

Water it when the top half-inch of soil is dry. Disturb the roots as little as possible. Keep it warm year round.

You might check with your sister and see what she is dong differently.

Thank you!

I keep it in my window, just put her there to take the picture. I'll try to find a more sunny place for her, I'm sure that is the issue.
