'Russian Temple' is a semi-evergreen tetraploid introduced in 2008 by Petit.

This plant has not preformed well for me. It's in a sheltered location and get radiant heat from the basement. I do not think this plant is hardy in my zone. Under preforms size and bud count... I don't think I've ever had more than 2 blooms a year. Moving next year... if it doesn't improve I'll be trading to someone in a warmer climate. Shrug!

It's so short! It has never attained its registered height of 26 inches and I've had it for many years...it's more like 16-17 inches, if that. The orange coloring is muddy which ruins the overall look, because it is a very attractive bloom, just "dirty" looking. It's a reliable grower but not a fast multiplier.
