These are the divisions of Onc. Twinkle I divided in two and put in sphagnum moss.
Opinions please.

I think the divisions look fine, but get them out of the spagnum and into a bark mix as soon as possible. Oncs. need to get pretty dry between waterings or they will rot.

Thanks Boo,
The Oncs. are easiest of all for me. Maybe it's due to my living so far South. The ones outside, I have to water daily as it's so hot here. The 'Dark Waters' is putting out new leaves and I look forward to seeing their developing.
Maybe as the temps. decrease, the ones outside will thrive even more.

I'd like to share pics. of 'Sharry Baby' which is now in full bloom. Am not detecting much of a fragrance lest I stick my nose close but am detecting a slight fragrance of chocolate. L.

Ursula, you asked if sphagnum worked for me and the answer is still I don't know as this is the first time I've done it on the suggestion of someone. I just don't know when to transfer to maybe seedling bark mix for 'Twinkle'. Any suggestions?
Boo, thanks for being my champion of cause.

Wow. What a show! Congrats Lee!
Many folks here have had bad experiences with sphagnum. (Fine one day, rotted roots the next.) So the sooner you get roots out of it the better IMHO!

Thanks and I certainly agree, Boo. As soon as I get my bills paid, I'll order from C&H some seedling bark mix. Lee

My Sharry Baby was very fragrant. Hopefully yours will intensify as it matures. I bought mine in bloom in February, and my whole car smelled of chocolate with subtle vanilla tones.
