I don't have the lovely tags with precise names that you guys do. I buy them and see if they bloom and then try and figure out what species they are, rarely are they hybrids. This little orchid is probably a local one, I don't know anything about it though. I'm probably going to mount it either on a piece of wood or on the log in the pond. Any guesses on what it is?
Yesterday I received a Vanda lilacina x Aerides houlletiana. It was very dry (bare root) but looks good and happy now. It will have small yellow flowers with a purple lip and it had 3 dried up spikes on a small plant.

I went to our annual Spring Garden Show with my buying shoes on yesterday.
Four small orchids from Andy's
A NOID Onc. and a Zygo redvale 'Fire Kiss' from Pol Plants
A pitcher plant and a sundew from Mesa Exotics
Love those Andy plants. I have Soph cernua too. That Den looks interesting and has a nice bud, yes???? Nice colors on the Onc. and the zygo looks great!

Thanks! That is Den.tuananii, and has 5 nice buds. Hope they don't blast in their new home. I think it was Ursula that posted one this month. Sorry those tags don't show very well on the cubit...they were easy to read on my 24" monitor at full screen!
