The pimpinelifolia (spinossisima? they keep changing it) was the first to open this year followed closely by Harison's

These two always do. The pink pimpinelifolia spreads itself out and acquires land - it is a hybrid of a Scotch briar rose. The whole thing was about a foot across when I moved it 16 years ago, now it's 6 feet across and I've taken several pieces out. the Harison's is more about height than conquest here.
