I saw this in a greenhouse the other day and was impressed.
Sorry no tag ,I think it was just a display cactus.

Ang's son might have been the closest, actually - if I'm correct, it is often called "Monkey's Tail" or Golden Rat Tail -Cleistocactus winteri. I really think this is it.
