Is there any chance we could get a "Save Draft" option and Draft folder for Tree Mail?

If writing a longer tree mail it is nice to type some and then be able to save and come back later. It's especially handy if you have a flaky computer that might make all of your typing disappear.

Thanks for your consideration!

You can create your very own Draft folder. And any other folders that might be useful to you. : )

Then you can save it to the folder. Thumbs up

Yes, I know I can create folders for managing messages, but it only works for tree mails that have already been sent. I see no option but "upload a image", "preview", and "send" when creating a new message.

That is a good idea. Sometimes when I am doing a t-mail I want to go back and check on something on ATP and if I do that the letter I am writing disappears and I have to start over. Crying

Sometimes I go and open a second copy of ATP so I can look something up WHILE I'm writing a forum post or TreeMail.

Exactly what I do, Rick. I always keep two ATP tabs open especially when I'm T-mailing or editing. One tab is always for reference or referral. And sometimes three open ATP tabs when I'm also in the database. It works!

Multitasking at its finest. Big Grin

Do two searches for ATP, Gin. Don't exit the first one, just go back to a new search.
The tabs should show across the top of your screen. Just go from one to the other.

I shouldn't be telling you this, I'm the one on a Mac and it might look different for you.

I have a handy shortcut to take me to ATP. Once I'm into writing a post or TreeMail, I just click on my shortcut again, and I get a second instac ne of ATP.

For me atg work it's a different window, not a different tab.
At home, it's a new tab. Both are IE7, just one more darn setting I don't want to bother finding.

I need "save draft" soooooo badly! You may not have time to finish the whole thing in one sitting. Please put the "save to draft" on your to-do list Dave.
I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others. ~~ Sharon Brown

We'll do it. It's not a very simple thing, though, so it's not something I can do in just a few minutes.

As a temporary substitute for having the "Save Draft" feature, you can always copy off what you've written and save it in whatever word processing program you use, then copy it back into your T-mail when you're ready to send. I do that a lot!
Confidence is that feeling you have right before you do something really stupid.
