Containers - Simply So Easy

By threegardeners

Growing flowers in a container is so easy. No rules need apply to have beautiful containers this summer.

Thanks for the pictorial inspiration for those of us who are waiting for frosts to end
so we can plant our containers. I like your idea that there are no rules---just plant what we like.
Hopefully this coming week.

I really like the pics, Lee Anne! Those alone are an inspiration. And you've just reminded me I have a hollow log I refused to burn in the wood stove all winter; I kept thinking I'd rather stick a plant in it so will do that this weekend.

Best!

Finally got my "planter" planted.

A baby Caladium humboltii variegata in the top and the knot hole on the side needed something so I stuck in a coleus since both plants love shade.

I'll post again as the Caladium gains in size. It's a cute little thing right now, eh?
