Our devices are proven and are only for cars and small area. We do not deal with rodents in a house and refer them to another source. You just can't handle it all. We are now shipping them all over the US and 4 other continents. Once you have over $700.- worth of damage you need to use something more than a old wives tale. Our devises also work on rabbits, squirrels and other rodents.
The Tonto Forest Service has been using now for 2 years and love Rid-A-Rats.
We also try to educate people why they shouldn't use poison. Also be very careful with rodent droppings. T Hey carry the Hunta virus and it is documented that a Forest Service worker died in Stafford.

Just came across this thread - what a great (and needed!) product, Mickey. I haven't had rat damage, living in a more urbanized area, but I know people who have had the damage and it's awful! Will be passing this info on to people I know who live on the outskirts of Yuma.
up date:
Last year we sold over 3,000 rid-a-rats. They keep mice, rats, rabbits and squirrels out of cars, ac units and pool equipment. They have worked far better that my husband thought. We have shipped them all over the world too.

I recently had a significant amount of damage done to my cars from rats and I congratulate you on your success with your product, Kyleaz. I have done a significant amount of research on rat behavior and I know that rats are deterred by bright lights or at least the act of being in the spotlight. I have used flashlights in a combination with snap traps and strong smells to keep rats out of my car and this has solved the problem. The skeptic in me is saying that this product is not any different than just shining a flashlight into your engine compartment at night. I wouldn't suggest that anyone rely solely on just one product to take care of a rat problem in their car. Rats have terrible vision so relying on a product that only preys upon one of their weaker senses would not be wise. If anyone is still having issues with rats getting in their car, please check out my website which is dedicated to helping people solve this problem. www.howtopreventratsfromeatingcarwires.com
