You know what, these pictures show exactly the same plants as this year.
We visited ours in Pennsy last Friday, I would expect some of the earliest ones to open this weekend, some probably next week and following - if the temperature stays reasonably warm.

I hope my Bletilla striata survive tonight's frosty weather (-report). I took some pictures today despite them wiggling in the wind, just in case.

My plan is to put the striata and Kuchibeni together in one pot and the Murasaki Shikibu together in another.
BTW, I've moved my fall blooming Pleione into the cool room and have decided to water it once a week. It has a couple of new growths forming.
I stuck my camera through the netting of the bog ( not too easy), here is one of the Cypripedium reginae in bloom. They both came back this year, but only one bloomed.
