I don't see anything that looks like rot but perhaps one of our Orchid enthusiasts will be able to help. @Ursula @Australis @Bigbill

Lin, I don't see any crown rot either. Thumbs up
What you have there Slow is a colored Phalaenopsis. Certain plant pigments are responsible for that color within the flowers. These pigments often concentrate randomly within the tissue of the plant, sometimes in root tips, roots, leaves and the core of the plant like your image shows. You have nothing to worry about!! nodding
The purple is from anthocyanin pigment.

I would caution you to go easy on the water as long as your Phalaenopsis is in moss. Don't water until you can't feel ANY moisture in the moss.

I would not recommend letting the moss get to dry, just slightly damp. Sometimes whether it is new moss or some that is slightly broken down, if it gets too dry, it can be a little tricky to re-moisten.

I agree, that moss does look quite soggy in the photo but it could be the camera/lighting. Keeping sphagnum just barely moist is best because if you let it get too dry, it will be as hard as a rock, even here in humid Florida ... just ask me how I know. Sticking tongue out Green Grin!

Thanks for the responses! I watered right before I took the photo, thus the very wet look. It was recommended that I water every 10 days but I guess I should back off a bit considering the moss holds so much water.

Last hope for my orchid!
idk what's going on?
How do I save her?

I shipped her long distance and she sustained some wounds then I recently repotted her because she was outgrowing the pot. Her roots looked fine, some dead ones that I cut but her root system is ver much well. I cut the tip of the stew because it was starting to yellow. But now her leaves look like they are rotting! No foul odor tho! Please help!

You should post your questions about orchids in the Orchids Forum. It will get better noticed there.

Your Phalaenopsis is not rotting, it is wilted. That is the leaves are wilted because the root system isn't large enough or healthy enough to be able to absorb enough water to keep the leaves firm and growing horizontal.
You should as a beginner repot a Phalaenopsis every 2 years. Not because it's roots escape the pot! That is exactly what should happen as it is nearly impossible to keep healthy roots IN a pot. In nature they can wander between 3-5 meters!! After all, we grow orchids for the beautiful flowers, not to keep them neat and tidy.
By repotting into too large of a pot, that causes problems. Orchid pots should ALWAYS have drainage holes.
Plus as a beginner, sphagnum moss is a very difficult media to grow with. Why? It is easy too repot too tightly which is bad! It is easy to pot to loosely which is also bad! It is not that it won't work, it is just very tricky for a beginner to learn how to use it properly.

Here is an image of my media.

I use it for every kind of orchid that I grow. Paphiopedilums, phragmipediums, Oncidiums, Cattleya etc. it is a blend of medium grade fir bark, seedling grade bark, charcoal, perlite and aliflor. This would be much easier then moss.
For all orchid mixes and supplies, I recommend the Green Barn Orchid Supplies in Delray Beach Florida. They also sell a pre-mixed media for Phalaenopsis.
I would repot it into such a media and keep it shaded for 4-6 weeks. Within that time frame new roots will develop, take up water and plump up those leaves!!

Thank you @ BigBill! My orchid came in small container very tightly packed in sphagnum moss that I believe I over watered so it always stayed moist. That is why I repotted in a similar media to yours, mainly bark. Now I bottom water by leaving her in a bucket of water for 15 min.

By the way what should I do about the leaf? Do I just let it wilt or cut it?

As long as it stays green, it will take up water and return to normal. But if it starts to turn noticeably yellow, then you can trim it.
Getting those new roots will invigorate the orchid!
Good job.

Patience.
Once those new roots really get going, they will absorb water and those leaves will firm up once again. Don't bottom water. Water where the new roots are.
