Hi! I'm the editor of the Daylily E-News, a free email newsletter sponsored by the American Hemerocallis Society. Just wanted to let all daylily lovers know that if you subscribe by Friday, June 1, you will be entered in a drawing for a free gardening how-to deck from P. Allen Smith. For more details, go to http://www.daylilies.org/ENews....

Someone just alerted me that clicking on the link didn't work for some reason. So I tried copying it and pasting it in a new window, and that worked fine. You can also go to the main AHS website at www.daylilies.org and click on "Daylily E-News" on the left-hand side, and that will take you to the correct page where you can subscribe, and look at past issues also.

Thank you for the welcome! It's so much fun to talk about daylilies and see everyone's pictures. Tomorrow I've got to get out and work in the yard and plant more daylilies!

HA!

Elizabeth, I was just going to post a note here from the Newsletter but couldn't cut and paste it.

YOU CAN JOIN AHS for half price right now and get two journals and join the AHS robin etc.
YOU CAN THEN REJOIN at the beginning of the year and get the benefit of $25 voucher for a daylily.

What a bargain!

Thanks for all your work Elizabeth!

Looks like they're doing some work on the AHS webpage, but if you scroll down this page it has the $15 trial offer: http://www.daylilies.org/annou...

In my opinion, the Daylily Journal alone is worth the price of membership. Then there's the voucher, the AHS Portal, the email robin...all great ways to fuel the daylily addiction. Thumbs up

It's called 'Crowning Achievement'. It's an intro from John and Annette Rice of Thoroughbred Daylilies. They live only about 45 minutes away, so it's very convenient to visit them. And buy stuff. Smiling

I read every word and drool on every photo. I purchased a bunch of older ones from a wonderfully generous lady Mrs. Benoit whpm I am sure you know. Am enjoying each one.
