Yes. Very delicate but each day the blooms scent is stronger and the color went from white to cream to definitely lemon yellow. Another thing that seems unique to me is that the bottom petals flare back more than my neos. Is that from the Vascostylis Tham Yuen Hae?

Here are the petals flying back today. Almost parallel to the spur! In warmer light they definitely look yellow.

About the Vascostylis? I don't know. But your little guy looks nice. I am looking forwards to mine to become established.

Dendrobium moniliforme Hakutsuru is blooming and also starting to grow some pretty new shoots.

Thanks. Smiling
One of the larger Nurseries around here sells Bonsai pots of all colors, shapes and sizes, and some years ago I found a few with these little sceneries amongst them and I picked them up. I am glad I did, I never saw them again although I asked.

Have you ever smelled a Neo Jo? One of my Neos has a reddish spike today. 'Higashidemiyako'. I'll have to get you over when it's blooming!

I took both Neofinetia falcata Suikaden and Iyo Nishiki inside today so we can enjoy the wonderful scent now in the evening. Beautiful!

Here is my Neofinetia falcata Amami form. This one grows a nice new fan and loses an old one, or two. But it is blooming well on last year's growth - always when the others are winding down a bit. The blooms are long and slender with long spurs, when compared to my other Neofinetia falcatas. And the scent is heavenly while I am posting this.

Neofinetia falcata 'Higashidemiyako' is opening! There are buds on Neo falcata 'Hisui' and several spikes on my standard Neo.

Oooooh, I love these Neofinetias. Thanks for the link waaayyyy back at the beginning. Now that I am feeling like I have some success with growing, (or at least not killing) what I have, I am enjoying learning more about each plant. These pictures are great. I wish I could smell them~ they sound very pleasantly fragrant. That is perhaps the next frontier of technology...some sort of olfactory transmission.
