Kathy,

I am looking at the logs. Your most recent tree mail was sent to you at 8:43pm (central time) last night. The system immediately sent a notification email to you and your ISP (AOL) accepted that mail. The mail logs on my server show that the AOL server mailin-01.mx.aol.com received the mail (q511hsxw014173) at 8:43pm CT.

Very long delays after your ISP accepts the mail is a fault of the ISP and it's not something that I have access to fix. I'd love it if you would send a note to AOL's support and complain about their slow delivery. Many people have complained about AOL's mail, especially that they tend to junk actual mail.

The tree mail is waiting in your inbox for you to view it.

Do this for me: Is the "Mail" tab at the top of this page red? If so, click on it and you should see the latest tree mail waiting for you at the top of that page, with a red "Yes" in the "New" column. Let me know!

This is the problem. The mail tab is red showing 1 new mail. But "new" shows "no" and no tmail since 5-27.

Okay, so you are caching the old address the mail (I recently upgraded our mail system).

Try holding down your Shift key and then while holding it, refresh your browser. From that point on, the mail tab should work fine for you.
