I Am new to real succulent plants,what i mean by real succulents is i have plants that are succulents such as my hoya's,desert rose,leaf cactus.I will post pictures of the type plants i mean.

My question is how do you know when to re-pot them and how do they like to be potted in small pots only going up 1pot size when there root bound or the pots full etc.

I have a sedum that's in the same pot i bought it in.I have 2 other succulents i need to get an ID on.I have question about the pair that i've had since last summer,they look "funny"

whatever these are is there ever going to be leaves on the bottom of the stem? it seems to grow in a rosette at the top only

Hello Im as well new here but Im a collector of cactus, The top one is called donkeys tail, its in the sedum family. It has very crisp leafs that at the slightest touch with snap to the ground. If this happens place them with stem end to the soil, They re root fast. As well damp not soggy soil and then this will grow everywhere, I keep mine outdoors and I have on tree stumps in cracks of the trees, and in pots, it's choice. The ones below are as well in the Crassulaceae family and it doesnt appear that they will but to surprise one day you will glance n it will have a whole new add, a new plant. I have found with my plants that as long as they are kept semi rootbound you will get blooms, I didnt move much this year and almost all bloomed so you want to take care to having these wake from hibernation in the same happy spot. I use the second plants as filler plants they dont get very large in width. Good luck...
