I am going to have to wait at least another 3 weeks until my new patio is in place. I am running out of places to stash stuff until I can get stuff put back in place on the patio. But I will make the trip .. with a cart and try to see things the eyes of Lynn, Greg and the rest of you creative types at ATP. To me a broken pot is a broken pot not a possible planter Rolling on the floor laughing

I just came across this thread and even though I don't do much with succulents, I LOVE that birdcage planter!
And speaking of thinking outside the box, I remember there was a conversation, I think it was on Cubits, about using handbags for hanging planters. And another discussion about cutting the legs off old jeans, sewing up the leg holes and using that for a planter. Be cool to use suspenders to hang something like that. Hilarious! Of couse, that wouldn't last too long, but it would be fun!

All done, Thanks for asking. Not exactly as I would have liked but sooooo much better than old cracked and broken cement.

Oh, that is nice! I can't imagine what you'd have done to make it better. I like the way the bottom step wraps around the two upper steps. Neat look! Thumbs up
