Bob, I bought Ruby Giant. I always wanted one because of the big flowers. ..I just looked it up and it seems that it is another that I got from Coneflower.net. they are listed under 'Gorge Top Gardens'. Do you remember last year one bloomed and it was supposed to be 'After Midnight' and turned out to be something that looked like 'Sundown'. Also White Swan was not even white it looked like 'Southern Bell'. Thanks for telling me, I will throw it away and anything else that might have come from Coneflower.net. Last year I tried repeatedly to call and email and never got an answer. Anyway it seems that this is the only one still living that came from there, I hope so because it is trash like all the rest. This company is a joke.

Those are gorgeous Arlene! I hope I can find a HOPE next year. I got 4 coneflowers from SRG and 2 from Romance so I will see how these do.

I am going to see if they will let me put Coneflower.net under my recommendations because I recommend that no one ever, ever shop there!!

I'm pretty sure Jennifer picked that one up at Bluestone for me. I'll try and check the tag today. Good to know about coneflowers.com. Such a disappointment.

If you can't find it let me know and if I can divide this one in the fall I can pass a piece on to you.

Thanks Arlene! Bluestone does have it so I put it into my shopping cart. If I can I will go ahead and get it I wanted Ruby Giant as well but only Lazy S's has that one. I never seem to have much luck with coneflowers that I plant in fall. I am trying to hurry and get what I can now so they have plenty of time to put down roots. Last year Green Envy was my biggest coneflower and it died. You would think that something with big roots would be able to survive a mild winter in a new raised bed.

I forgot I ordered two Cheyenne Spirit from Garden Harvest Supply. I had a 10% off and 105 bonus points. They are nice and one has a bud, yippee!

Susan, that is a bummer about Green Envy. Last fall mine was really short and I thought it wasn't going to be useful for a cut flower but this year it is tall. I sure hope it can survive over winter. It's a gorgeous green flower. One of my Cheyenne Spirit I started from seed has a blossom, a red. I'll try and get a photo tomorrow if it's not raining.
