Sorry the photos aren't better, but anyone got a guess about the identity of this rose? It's a climbing rose and is apparently own root. The blooms are about 3" across. It was here when we bought the place 12 years ago and looks like it's been here a good while. I also took a couple of pictures that show (poorly) a bud cluster and a close-up of the leaves:

If it reblooms, it could be Blaze. That one used to be in virtually every garden.

No, it's pretty much once and done. Although, I don't know, maybe in the hands of someone who was willing to snip off ALL those spent blooms (it gets just covered in blooms), I suppose it could. Whistling

Oh, after looking at Blaze, I realized that the photo makes it look more red that it really is. It's actually pink.

Oh, sorry, Woofie. I just assumed you had the same trouble I have in capturing red on film. Most of my photos of red roses look like your photo. Smiling

If it's a once-bloomer, I probably wouldn't be able to guess. I don't grow very many once-bloomers.
