Good luck on quitting smoking. When my hubby quit (about 50 years ago), he started eating sunflower seeds in the shells. It gives you some hand to mouth motion, and shelling the things seems to take more calories than they provide! He cracks them with his teeth.

We only got the two. Were supposed to get 4 more but the man that's giving them to us had an incident with some raccoons...so I don't know if we'll get them now.

I really suck at the quitting smoking....just can't seem to stop reaching for one. I might just have to get rid of them in the house altogether so I have no choice but to use the electronic one.
