Many thanks to Kathy for her help in ID'ing some of the Orchid shoots I took at the Krohn Conservatory in Cincinnati last weekend.
I'm more an Aroid grower and have little experience w/ any Orchids other than Ground Orchids.
SO I 'm needing some help ;-)
She recommended I add them here for further ID.
After ID I will add them to your database.

There are at least 22 shots so here's a link to them on my Flickr account.
Feel free to add ID's on Flickr in the comments block or here.

Here's a few still needing ID.
There are many more there at Flickr.

I have plenty of other shots taken thru the years and will be adding them for ID as I have time.
THANKS SO Much in advance.

Not sure if folks will know these, Ric (hope so) but they may be complex hybrids which would be impossible to ID. Does the Krone Conservatory have a master list of plants? Maybe even on their website? That would help.

I have a typo.
It's Krohn Conservatory sorry.

Can't find a master list but I'll email them.
Here's a link and many of the shots were taken at Krohn.

http://myducksoup.com/orchids/

I've searched the Flickr shots for ones tagged Krohn and orchid....
It seems everyone has Orchid ID problems.
None are ID'd but a few of mine.

Genera information is maybe all I'll get at first...
If I can tag a photo w/ say
Orchid Angraecum Krohn
Then I may get someone who can narrow it down.
If that makes any sense....lol!

Hello--
I have quite a few orchids that were given to me by a friend who had too many and had lost the labels to these. It has been about three years now and I am seeing some flowers. I wonder if anyone in this group recognizes any.

Thanks,
Susan

PS. I mainly grow primroses and would like to invite everyone to the National Primrose Show at Tower Hill on April 30 and May 1st.

Hi Susan!! See you at the show!
They are all Phalaenopsis orchids. The third one reminds me of Phal. Sun Beauty. I don't recognize the rest.

The top phal looks a lot like my Tying Shin Cupid 'Montclair'(Sogo Lawrence x Kuntrarti Rarashati). I will try to upload a photo later. Something is not working at the moment. I am sure you could google it.
