Thanks Allison. Boo was 15 years old. Very tough. I'm glad so many people got to know him over the years.
I deadhead but forget weeding or any projects! Then I come inside and have a siesta. Never been my style to nap but there's no choice in the heat!
How did you fracture your ankle (ouch!)?

just stepped off my deck on the ground.. ankle went out.. and I fell .. naps are a must in this weather!!!

I sprained an ankle years ago doing that. Luckily I was younger, but still was recovering when I had to do nature on a weekend Girl Scout camp. limp, limp. things you can do 40 yrs ago.

Weather turned from a week of 90s to 70. Yippee!

oh I know.. we are a high of 70 today and showers on and off.. thank goodness

Jen, thanks for the dead heading site. I'll take it outside with me tomorrow. Just came from a bridal shower in Lambertsville, NJ. Very pretty place. Now I need to find out how to repair my crashed "Silverlight" plug in so that I can load and send pictures.

it is pretty down there.. when I had to go to Trenton for work.. I always go through there.. and then down the Delaware .. such a nice ride

I have really good memories there from when I was a kid. I once saw Jean Sheherd in Destry Rides Again at the Lambertville Music Circus about a thousand years ago. And then there was New Hope across the river.

Ahhhh...I miss New Hope & Lamberville soooo much. My sister and I were there at least 4 times a month. My sister still
rides her motorcycle there once in a while.
