The nursey tag for this plant is marked as:
astragalus n:ollossimmus v thomsoni

I find nothing similar in the database. My I "ass u me" that it is a weed or is a native wildflower?
I have looked at many different sites on the internet as well .. none with that variant plenty of Astragalus but no olli....

Jay,
Thanks so much...... You guys are just great and it makes sense a Colorado nursery would carry the plant.

Do you think it might be dangerous to dogs, cats, bunnies?

Most of the references I have been able to find online mention cattle, sheep, horses and other grazing animals. They also seem to suggest that it is not the occasional consumption but eating large quantities over a long period.
