How do you create new forums, like a hibiscus forum? or move the Hibiscus Connection forum I have from cubits?

Patrick, you can't create a new forum yourself (that's to avoid too much clutter). I'd suggest posting a request over on the site talk forum for a new forum for hibiscus. If enough people are interested (generally 5 or 6), Dave will make a new forum.
