All About Begonias

Begonias come in many shapes, sizes, types, and leaf colors. They make good houseplants, but they require a bit more care than the average houseplant. I rate them as an 8 out of 10 on the scale of difficulty indoors in the winter but they're 2 out of 10 outdoors in the summer.

... probably the plant I've killed most often - too bad, I think they're gorgeous!
In the end, only kindness matters.

They are gorgeous!

I've discovered over the years that the trick is to be happy to just keep them alive until spring. Some won't be pretty, but it's only a couple of months of bare stems and then they're beautiful again.

You hit the nail on the head - they almost always die in late winter for me!
