Not sure what the best mix for planting and growing Heuchera.

I used some of the MG cactus mix and added some chicken grit and some small stones. It is what I use for my other succultents.

Will that work or is there something better? I just picked up a couple more today and want to keep them healthy.

I just use MG Garden soil. They want to have some moisture , just not constantly wet. That mixture sounds like it might keep them too dry.

I agree I think that mix might be too fast draining for heuchera.

Thanks, I will see how they do for a while and if it seems they are puny I will repot them into MG only.

They look pretty dry this morning, Perhaps I should just re-pot them now.

Also I have a bug ..

I would re-pot . The only insect you really need to watch out for is black Vine weevils.

Bob,I have seen those posts about the weevil and am watching for signs.

Thanks for the advice. If it does not hit 100 and does not thunder storm, I will do it tomorrow.
