Is it seasonal or does it dependent on the weather (hot, cold, rain, etc.

I see it is suitable for growing in NM and other points south, does your DD have one?

great pictures on this plant. Found Sue's on another site and thought there must be a mistake,

but see it does goes grow through some dramatic changes.

Now it is going on my "gotta have" list. Whistling

The color is seasonal. It is a color heuffelii in all seasons though. And easy one to grow. This fall I should send you some. When does your iffy weather start up in the fall?

We have been known to have snow as early as September,
followed by Indian Summer, then up and down from there.
But generally it is probably the last couple of weeks of October when we really get our first real snow.

My rememberer is somewhat faulty Hilarious!

A hard freeze can be as late as January, but that is not the norm. Shrug!

Give them all a sprinkle this evening, just don't drench them. I had to do that last night with my raised beds. It is really dry here.

Just remember, if there is moisture in the soil, just a little ways in, don't water again. But as dry and hot as it is there, it probably sucks all the moisture out of the container.
