Favorite tool: Wheelbarrow or small garden cart: When you are done working for the day, pile all those tools in the barrow or cart for one trip back to the shed!

That one is quite a bit smaller than mine. I'll get the tape measure out.

Ok I measured mine and it's the same measurements as the Home Depot one. Hurray! Next time I'm in town I'm going to pick another one up. We've had ours for over a decade and it's as good as new (except I had to replace the wheels this year).

That's saying quite a bit. This picture gives evidence to the fact that we don't exactly baby our tools Whistling

Hurray! That is a thing of beauty! I remember when mine looked that shiny and new. Smiling

Have you filled it up with anything yet? You'll be surprised at how easy it is to haul huge loads, because it's perfectly balanced.

Shiny and new Thumbs up Thumbs up ...we'll see how long that lasts. Hauled a few rocks and pavers, the balance is amazing. The design is so simple and obvious I don't understand why it's not being copied by everyone. I mixed some manure and compost for some new Iris and I could pull it along, one handed. Sweeet!! Now to find a neighbor who I can give the wheelbarrow to. Thanks Dave and Trish, and Lin for using Dave's photo.

Evan: Very nice, did you get it at Home Depot? I was at HD a couple of days ago and saw one like it that I almost bought but alas I have no place to store it! Our oversized 2 car garage won't even hold my husbands truck with all the other stuff stored inside; my car, his motorcycle, miscellaneous yard equipment, tool benches, cabinets etc.! We have a very small yard and a long deck that runs the length of the back of the house but I have so many container plants out there I wouldn't have room to store one out there either ... it sure is a nice barrow but I guess I will have to settle for my little one and my husbands old rusty wheelbarrow.

I submitted the tip but it was Dave/Trish who supplied the photo. Smiling

Yes, I bought it at HD. Take him with you the next time you need pavers or fertilizer or other heavy items. Don't get a shopping cart but ask him to load it in the Big Wheel cart. The balance might convince him to ditch his wheelbarrow. Green Grin!

Here's Debra's link to HD. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Rub...
