I sent a message to the Gardens .. but I bet you are right. I zoomed in and enlarged the area where there is a tag

and it looks like that picture .. a bit

I just got a message from Timberline Gardens

Yes, that plant is a crassula muscosa pseudolycopodiodes 'Princess Pine'.
A nice plant to mix with other non-hardy succulents.

I may have to go back and look at it again.
