I started some seed I received from Robert Griesbach on 4-10-10. So far 8 has bloomed.
Labelled: Mix OT Tetra

4 each with a combination of Red and White


2 each with a combination of Red and Orange


1 each with a combination of Yellow and White


1 each with a comination of Red and Yellow


Some weather damage, have 9 more buds to bloom, maybe I will be able to add another color.

Im looking foreward to showing 'hopefully'some similar blooms in about DEC/JAN.,.Certainly some good ones you have there Mike..,..,.,I just have so much here, its hard to keep track of what I 'have' got

Im sure, "Grapus" has a few of these as well,[as i have seed raised bulbs here, that he sent me] he has had some fantastic blooms on show recently,.What have you got to show us Oystein?{in Norway},.I purchased a few select red[pearl] asiatic seeds from Nals of his and also,some ruffled greisbach apricot tetra trumpets, from a great lady, 'here in Tasmania' ,Hazell Zanella, Who won a massive[200 odd] selection of seed packets[from varied hybridisers] in a big album, sent here by Charlie Kroell,so she gave me some,.,.RG sent heaps of seeds here, before our Quarentine [turkeys] became pathetic with seed imports,. Rooster, I cant even move around here, without knocking something over, cant move in the garage,without banging my shins or near poking my eye out.,. I think its time to part with a few items to make it 'comfortable' here again

I am still waiting for some seeds I sowed in early spring to...germinate!

You will find that sometimes, germination failure isn't your fault at all. From non-viable seed to genetic preprogramming within the seed, these are things far beyond your control. Sometimes it just takes time and patience.

Fixpix-dont wander off on a downer Seed germination is not rocket science, but can sometimes be stubborn-[Or non existant],.eventually, there will be a smile on your face, like there was on mine, last night, when i spotted all the 'Occidentale' baby bulbs -Anthony

Fixpix, One pot of my aurelian seeds finally decided to germinate at the end of September. They were planted in April. As a newby with lily seeds I'm learning PATIENCE is a must and blaming myself for them not germinating is a waste of time and energy.

Time pays I'll show you soon, some of my earnings,.,.

I received seeds yesterday. 15 Lavender OT crosses from Greisbach pollen -Woo Hoo[sewing time]
