I got a flyer from them in the mail today. They have some nice ones although I don't like the minimum order of $l00.

We got our flyer Saturday. I have a very short list and am struggling with the $100 minimum. I will come out cheaper just ordering the few I want off his website instead of doing the BOGO Sale.

I am limited on space so I wouldn't want to order a lot.

I discovered the Bell's BOGO sale yesterday when I was checking their website to see if they had IRISH HALO, and I actually mailed in an order this morning. They have a website but don't even list an email address so you can only order through the mail. But they send beautiful plants and they have quite a few of the Salter daylilies, which I'm always looking for, as well as a few minis/smalls I've been hoping to find. I just hope I get what I ordered, as you have to list substitutes because if you don't they'll select subs for you -- and I know how that goes... I agonized a bit over whether to even send an order knowing all this, but I decided to go ahead and if I'm disappointed I'll sure learn not to try that again.

I think I will call in the morning to make sure they still have the three that I want. I have done this before. I don't want any substitutes either.

Substitutes policy kill the deal for me. If I spend $100 for a daylily I want that daylily.

Kills the deal for me too. I make purchases based on what I need or want
for crossing, and always state "no substitutes". I'm not going to pay money
for what someone else "thinks" I want, just because it is a convenient way
for them to make a sale. I don't care for the $100 minimum either.

I called Tim this morning. Two of the three that I want are still available. I have the order ready to mail today. I ordered off his website and will not order from the BOGO Sale.
